| We know not to base what we tell customers on what Stillen tells us, that was the biggest mistake. The second issue has caused us several seperate problems today. Shipments are getting held up because of weather problems in several parts of the country. We are going to look further into where the parts actually are as we don't beleive they are in Cali and likely much closer to you. That really compounded an existing problem for us. However there just isn't a whole lot of responsbility we can hold for what happens when the carrier receives the shipment. I apologize for the problems. We will give you a complete refund if need be.
